Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States

Shipping to Brazil is not yet available as we are in the process of completing regulatory approval with ANVISA.


Canada

Processing Time:
Orders ship within 2–3 business days from Vanvoucer, BC. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (2–9 business days): $9.99 CAD
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75 CAD
  • Express Shipping: Carrier-calculated rates at checkout

United States

Processing Time:
Orders ship within 2–3 business days from Toronto, ON.

Shipping Options & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (4–9 business days): $11.99 CAD (~$8.99 USD)
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $60 USD
  • Express Shipping: Carrier-calculated rates at checkout

Customs & Duties:
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. A commercial invoice is included with each order for compliance.


Brazil

We do not currently ship to Brazil. We are actively working on product certification through ANVISA. Once approved, shipping options and local policies will be published here.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Customers receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. A second email with tracking information is sent once the order is fulfilled.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items:

  • Items listed as pre-orders will include estimated ship dates. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order products may be shipped together.
  • For out-of-stock items, customers may sign up for restock notifications. We do not process backorders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Xodó Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are advised to use secure shipping locations whenever possible.
