Return and Refund Policy

At Xodó Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products as personal care and beauty items, and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or shipped.

All sales are considered final.

However, we understand that issues may arise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at hello@xodobeauty.com and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos of the product and packaging

We will assess your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue. Requests made after the 7-day window or without adequate documentation may not be eligible for compensation.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Xodó Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, scent preferences, or results.
